# Flux Plans

Compare Soracom Flux plans and choose a level for your workflows.

Soracom Flux offers three plans: Developer, Standard, and Enterprise.

Refer to the [Pricing & Fee Schedule](https://docs.soracom.io/en/pricing#soracom-flux) for pricing information.

Each plan has different limits on the number of Flux apps you can create, Flux event and credit usage, notification limits, and the features available. For information on subscribing to or canceling a Standard plan, see [Managing Your Standard Plan Subscription](https://docs.soracom.io/en/services/flux/plans/management).

1. Flux credits and Flux event counts are bundled with each plan. If you need to exceed the bundle limit, you can increase the upper limit. See [Setting Quotas for Event Count and Credit Usage](https://docs.soracom.io/en/services/flux/plans/quotas-and-limits) for instructions. Any usage beyond the monthly bundle is billed based on actual usage.
2. The maximum number of external service requests is managed by Flux credits. For details on AI models and Flux credit consumption, see **Available Models and Credit Consumption** in the Soracom Flux section of the [Pricing & Fee Schedule](https://docs.soracom.io/en/pricing#soracom-flux).
3. This support includes inquiries on how to use the service and answers to questions related to the content of various documents.
4. An Enterprise Support subscription is required. This support includes 24/7/365 availability and assignment of dedicated technicians.
5. Data retention refers to the retention period of logs available in Soracom Flux Studio, including Flux App execution history, channel message history, and action run history.
6. The hourly limit is per Soracom Account and is combined across the Email Notification Action and the Email Notification Action (Advanced).

## Counting Limits by Coverage Type

The limits for the number of Flux apps, event bundles, credit usage, and email notifications are calculated separately for each coverage type.

> [!WARNING]
>
> For the Developer Plan, limits are applied separately per coverage type:
>
> - You can create up to 3 Flux apps per coverage type (e.g., 3 under Japan Coverage and 3 under Global Coverage).
> - If a Flux app under Japan Coverage exceeds the 10,000 Flux events/month limit, other apps in Japan Coverage will also become unavailable for use until the next month. However, apps under Global Coverage remain unaffected.
>
> The same rules apply to Flux credit usage and email notifications sent via the Email Notification Action.
